These terms apply to all users of the Service, including individual users and organizations accessing through our B2B program.

2. Description of Service

Tea With God is a 40-day digital devotional companion that includes:

• Daily devotional content and scripture readings
• Private journaling functionality
• Educational brain exercises based on psychological principles
• Original worship music (where available)
• Progress tracking through the 40-day journey

3. Access and Payment

Access to Tea With God requires a valid access code obtained through:

• Direct Purchase: One-time payment processed through Yoco (our payment provider)
• Organization Access: Code provided by a participating church, counselor, or organization
• Gift Code: Code received as a gift from another user

All payments are final. Due to the digital nature of the product, we do not offer refunds once an access code has been redeemed. If you experience technical issues, please contact us for support.

4. User Responsibilities

When using Tea With God, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Keep your access code confidential
• Use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service
• Not share or redistribute access codes

Tea With God provides spiritual and educational content designed to support emotional wellness. However:

• The Service is NOT therapy or professional counseling
• Brain exercises are educational tools, not clinical treatment
• Content is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition

• App design and user interface
• The Tea With God brand and logo

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

Key points:

• Journal entries remain on your device
• We never sell your personal data
• Payment information is processed securely by Yoco
• You can request deletion of your account at any time

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tea With God and its creators shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or content
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Actions taken based on content within the app

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for access to the Service.
