Absolutely. Your journal entries are stored only on your device and are encrypted. We cannot read your entries - they never leave your phone. Your healing journey is completely private.

Since your journal and progress are stored locally, deleting the app will remove this data from your device. Your access code remains valid, so you can reinstall and start fresh. We recommend exporting any journal entries you want to keep before uninstalling.
